I'm sorry we've been so quiet lately. At least this time I can say that no news isn't bad news.
I was testing a new compact flash card today, so here are some brand new pictures of some of the less-often featured rats:

Oliver in the hammock.

Roo

Jack
And a mood shot of George:

The light was coming in the window, so I turned off the flash. I wasn't trying to make him look sinister, I was trying to catch how beautiful his coat looks in the sun.

Oh! George looks wonderful! He looks lost in thought. That's a really unique picture. Tell Oly we should all have it so good! Roo looks like you caught her doing something, but Jack just looks sweet. How is Misto? I've been thinking about him a lot.
Posted by: Eanna at November 13, 2005 10:14 PMI'm glad you guys are back. :) Great pics- I do love to see your babies.
Posted by: Lynn at November 14, 2005 05:24 PMThanks guys.
Misto is still hanging in, blue feet and all. His weight seems to have stabalized (finally) and he's eating mostly a soft diet. He doesn't exert himself much. Dr. F has pointed out that he's showing very adaptive behavior...he can't get much oxygen, so he limits his activity. He is often cuddled with Rab or Arthur, and he happily takes his food and he grooms as much as ever, so I am taking his lack of activity as knowing his limits instead of a sign that he feels yucky.
